Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service used.
Delivery is available to addresses within England and Wales only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier providers, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in appropriate conditions to maintain product integrity.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided your medication has not been dispatched. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for safety and hygiene reasons.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed. To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address provided on our website.

We cannot guarantee specific weight loss outcomes. Results vary between individuals. If you experience side effects or a medical emergency, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical attention by calling 999 or visiting your nearest A&E.
